Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during a fixed fee consultation?

Our fixed fee consultations usually last for around an hour. During this hour, we’ll discuss your situation thoroughly, so we can understand your situation and needs, allowing us to offer realistic advice on how best to proceed, as well as what you can reasonably expect from proceedings. We also provide you with an information pack regarding the divorce process.

How do I request a video call?

Visit our Contact page and fill in the form. From there, we will send you the appropriate log ins. Alternatively, you can call our landline and arrange a video call with one of our solicitors.

Is there parking available at your office?

Yes, there are spaces for our clients on site. However please note these spaces are limited.

What is the nearest tube station?

Our nearest tube station is Harrow-on-the-Hill, on the Metropolitan Line. Trains to central London take around 20 minutes, and there are also trains out of the city towards Amersham, Rickmansworth and Uxbridge.

Will I need to visit your offices during proceedings?

Yes, you may need to visit us during your proceedings, however this does depend on your specific case and situation.

How will I communicate with my solicitor?

This depends entirely on your case – we are available for contact via phone, email or Skype.

Do you take on Legal Aid divorce cases?

No, we only undertake private client work.

Can You Represent Me if I Live Outside London?

Yes, we can represent you even if you live outside London. With modern technology, we can effectively communicate and work together remotely via video calls and emails.

However, if you prefer face-to-face meetings, you’re welcome to visit our offices. We’re committed to providing expert legal advice and representation tailored to your needs, whether you choose to work with us remotely or in person.
