Andaleeb Khandaker

Andaleeb is a compassionate and experienced family solicitor who supports clients through some of life’s most challenging times. She advises on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and all aspects of children arrangements. She specialises in Child Arrangement Applications where there are allegations of harm or parental alienation, providing sensitive guidance for families navigating these difficult situations.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, after studying Law at SOAS, University of London and training at a Legal 500 firm, Andaleeb has built a reputation for being approachable, practical, and solution-focused. She joined Garside & Hoy in 2015 and continues to develop her expertise in divorce, finance, and children matters.

Andaleeb takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, listening carefully to their concerns and priorities. She works closely with clients to find constructive, cost-effective solutions while providing clear guidance on all options. As a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in both complex financial remedy and children law, she encourages positive, non-confrontational outcomes wherever possible.
